Successful Participation in “Walk N Run 2024
Fitness Square Gym in Collaboration with Kota Heart Group of Hospitals organized the “Walk N Run 2024” event on Sunday, 29th September 2024. The event kicked off at 6.am. from Shreeji Hospital in Indraprastha Industrial Area, Kota, marking the celebration of World Heart Day. The aim of this event was to promote awareness about the Healthy Heart and importance of Physical Fitness.
Mittal International School’s Co-Chairperson Mr. Anil Agarwal participated in the event and motivated the students and the staff to stay mindful of their health. Teachers and students actively participated, enjoying both a refreshing morning of exercise and contributing to heart health awareness.
The Chief Guest of the event was Amrita Duhan, Superintendent of Police, Kota, and the Guest of Honor was Ajay Sethi the Founder of Inshape Gym.
